We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Your inquiry data is stored securely and retained only as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected (e.g., the duration of a booking relationship). We use industry-standard security practices to protect your data from unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure.
We use two analytics tools to understand how couples find and use our site: Google Analytics 4 and the Meta (Facebook) Pixel. They help us see which pages are useful and where our enquiries come from.
These tools load on every page, for every visitor. We do not show a cookie banner and we do not ask you to opt in first. When you open a page on this site, your browser requests Google and Meta scripts and they may set cookies and receive information about your visit — typically the page you viewed, the page you came from, approximate location derived from your IP address, and general device and browser details.
We also use Google Ads conversion tracking. If you send us an enquiry or a giveaway application, a conversion is recorded so we can see which advertising brought you here. That signal is tied to the ad click, not to the content of your message.

We may use trusted third-party platforms to deliver services, including online gallery hosting, contract and invoicing software, and cloud storage. These services operate under their own privacy policies and are only granted access to the minimum data required to perform their function.
This section applies when you enter an RF Studios giveaway, such as the 2027 Destination Wedding Photography Sweepstakes and the 2027 Photo + Film Discount Sweepstakes. Each promotion is also governed by its Official Rules.
What we collect. Your name and your partner’s name; your email address and phone number; your wedding date, venue, location and estimated guest count; and the written responses you give on the entry form. When you submit your partner’s name, you confirm that your partner has authorized you to share it. Please do not include Social Security numbers, financial or medical information, or other sensitive information in your responses.
How we use it. To administer the giveaways; verify eligibility; contact potential winners; prevent fraud and duplicate or automated entries; arrange prizes and, where a prize requires it, travel; comply with tax and promotion laws; and keep the records those laws require.
Who we share it with. Only as reasonably necessary for those purposes: our form, database and email providers; professional advisers such as attorneys and accountants; promotion administrators; travel vendors, when a prize involves travel; and government authorities when the law requires it. We do not sell entry information.
How long we keep it. We keep entries that do not win for twelve (12) months after the giveaway ends, unless a longer period is required by law or needed to resolve a dispute. Records about winners, government filings, contracts, taxes and disputes may be kept longer where the law requires.
Winners. If the law requires it, we may disclose or file a winner’s full legal name, address, prize and award date with a government agency. Public winner announcements will ordinarily show only the winner’s first name and last initial, city and state, unless the winner separately agrees to more.
Marketing consent is separate. Entering a giveaway does not sign you up for marketing. Marketing emails are sent only if you tick the separate, optional box on the entry form, which is unchecked by default. It has no effect on eligibility, selection or the odds of winning, and you can withdraw it at any time by emailing info@rfstudios.com without affecting your entry.
