From there, your final quote comes down to two things: timing and location. A wedding close to our home base in the tri-state area is priced differently than one that requires travel to another state or country, and factors like date, season, and hours of coverage all play a role too. Once we know your details, we'll build a quote that's fair and reflects your actual day, not a generic number.

Yes, worldwide. Flights, accommodation, and logistics are coordinated directly through us. Your destination quote includes all travel costs transparently. No surprise fees.

We recommend 9–18 months for peak season (May–October) and weekends. Off-season and weekday weddings have more flexibility. Always worth reaching out even if your date is coming up soon.

A 25% retainer secures your date on our calendar. The remainder is split into flexible payment milestones leading up to your wedding day. We also offer custom payment plans, just ask.

Photo galleries are delivered within 2–4 weeks. Highlight films take 4–6 weeks. Full feature films take 6–10 weeks. Priority delivery is available as an add-on. You'll always have updates along the way.

Absolutely. We've covered Hindu, Nigerian, Haitian, Greek, Chinese, Jewish, and many other cultural celebrations. We research traditions in advance and coordinate with families so nothing is missed.

Every wedding is shot with backup cameras, lenses, and memory cards on hand, so a single piece of gear failing never puts your coverage at risk. A second shooter isn't automatic on every package, we recommend one for full-day weddings and photo + video coverage, and it can be added based on your day. In the rare case we can't personally be there, a trusted backup photographer or videographer steps in, so your wedding is always covered.
