Destination Wedding Photography—On Us
One confirmed winning couple receives eight hours of RF Studios wedding photography for one eligible destination wedding. The photography is the prize; getting our photographer there is on the couple.
What’s included
- Eight (8) consecutive hours of wedding-day photography
- One (1) RF Studios photographer
- Planning guidance
- An edited, full-resolution digital gallery, delivered in approximately 2–4 weeks
- Digital delivery with personal-use printing and sharing rights
- Approximate retail value: $3,200
There is no guaranteed image count. The gallery includes the professionally usable images we select and edit to tell the story of your wedding; how many depends on your schedule, events, the people involved and conditions on the day.
What the couple covers
Travel is not part of the prize. The couple pays the reasonable, necessary travel costs for one RF Studios photographer:
- Round-trip economy airfare and required baggage/equipment charges
- Up to three nights of safe, private lodging near the venue
- Airport, hotel and venue ground transportation
- Parking, tolls, permits, visas, work authorization, customs and location fees
- Meals at the applicable federal per-diem rate
- Other necessary travel costs in the written estimate you approve
We select and book travel after you approve a written estimate and pay it within seven days. Vendor refund rules apply, unused refundable funds are returned, and any material addition needs your written approval.

Eligibility & key dates
- The wedding must be more than 150 driving miles from 60 Greybarn Ln., Amityville, NY 11701, or outside the 50 United States and Washington, D.C. Some locations are ineligible (see Official Rules §6).
- Domestic and international entries have equal odds.
- Both partners must be legal residents of the 50 U.S. states or D.C., at least 18 and the age of majority in their state.
- Wedding date between March 1 and December 31, 2027.

One confirmed winning couple receives a $3,150 service credit, equal to 50% off a defined eight-hour RF Studios Photo + Film package with a regular price of $6,300.

The credit is not “50% off everything”: it applies only to the defined package.

No payment is required to enter or be selected. Redeeming the $3,150 service credit requires signing the defined $6,300 package agreement and paying the remaining $3,150.

Both giveaways are sweepstakes run under the same Official Rules. Here are the points couples ask about most:

- Each giveaway has its own random drawing, and every eligible entry in that drawing has an equal chance.

- Entering does not hold or reserve a wedding date.
