RF Studios provides professional wedding photography, cinematography, and related creative services. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing for each engagement are outlined in a separate written agreement (contract) provided to each client upon booking.
All pricing listed on our website represents starting rates only. Final pricing is determined on a per-project basis and depends on factors including but not limited to: event date, location, hours of coverage, travel requirements, and selected package options.
A signed contract and non-refundable retainer (deposit) are required to secure your wedding date. Your date is not reserved until both are received. The retainer amount is specified in your individual contract and is applied toward your total balance.
Flexible payment plans are available. All remaining balances are due by the date specified in your contract, typically prior to your wedding date.
Expected delivery timelines for photo galleries and films are outlined in your contract. These timelines are estimates and may vary based on project complexity and seasonal volume. We will communicate proactively if any delays are anticipated.
All photographs and films created by RF Studios remain the intellectual property of R3zolution Films LLC. Upon delivery, clients receive a personal-use license that allows them to print, share, and display their images and films for personal, non-commercial purposes.
Clients may not sell, license, or commercially exploit any deliverables without written permission from RF Studios. RF Studios reserves the right to use any images or films for portfolio, marketing, and educational purposes unless the client requests otherwise in writing prior to the event.
RF Studios carries professional liability insurance and takes every precaution to deliver exceptional results. However, in the rare event of equipment failure, unforeseen circumstances, or acts of God, our liability is limited to a refund of fees paid.
We are not responsible for limitations caused by venue restrictions, lighting conditions outside our control, or access denied by third parties (venue staff, event coordinators, etc.).

For destination events, all travel costs (flights, accommodation, ground transportation, and applicable per diem) are the responsibility of the client and will be itemized clearly in your contract. RF Studios will coordinate all travel logistics and provide transparent cost estimates in advance.
In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith communication. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be governed by the laws of the State of New York and resolved through binding arbitration in Nassau County, New York.
We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of our website or services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
